Business - 15/11/2017 « excelencia » satisfeita AccorHotels certified review Livia Friends - 09/11/2017 « Frustrating. » I had 2 terrible situations: On Nov 4th right after the show I was (some 11:30pm) you have one restaurant/bar which you say it's am/pm. When I arrived the hotel at 11:30pm all you could serve it was Cup Noudles!!!!! How can you say it's a restaurant, when you have many people staying there for the same reason and there's no food to offer, bud Cup Noudles! Just had a pizza which arrived 1:30h later, for having so many clients asking for the same. The second situation (the worst one) was: Doing the check out, the receptionist (a tall man, don't know his name) was saying I should pay for the breakfast - that I was told in the check in it was already included on my reservation. Alright, after talking to him and explaining about the situation, he said that I had received the information by email and that he could prove it since it's written!!! And the fact that I was told differently in the check in did not matter since it was me saying it. Common, this is not Ibis' way of managing these type of situation!!!! And he also said I should not leave the hotel and I should wait for the lady who told me differently in the check in, since she was having lunch - and what a about my flight back????? !!!!!!After all, I said I could pay for it, it's not a matter of money, but a matter of managing clients and business. Really frustrating, you should never ever have this type of situation again. At the end, the manager let me go. But honestly? I'm not a lier and I'm not taking about a hundred bucks. Couples - 09/11/2017 « Disappointing » The stay itself was good, no problem with the room, but I had a problem with the parking valet service, when I recovered my car after checking out the hotel, I found a scratch in one of the doors that I believe was not there before leaving the car with the drivers. The explanation given by the hotel was not satisfactory and the didn't care about the problem. TripAdvisor review aracindo Business - 12/10/2017 « URINE DOG SMELL IN THE ROOM » urine dog smell in the roomalways help me in this ibis olimpic park, when i go to rio de janeiro to work, until no problems . but this day 07-10-2017, by going in apartment 161, i feeled urine very strong and was not of the bathroom. i claimed it immediately and the receptionist said not possible. do not trust, failed my evaluation and the receptionist has came to confer "in loco". finding the fact, only after that, i changed apartment and was not excused. after another receptionist mr. alexandre reported that, the cause was that in this month of october, dog of hosted, do not pay daily, but also was not excused by the generated disorder. i believe then you had been a dog and not a person who urinated in the bedroom or in the bed / mattress and these objects were not adequately clean or transferred. nothing against the "pets", even though its owner, but i suggest that a rigorous inspection is made of possible details of the animals hosted, before the next human going in the apartment used by the dog / cat / rabit / parrot etc. and please do not duvide the initial evaluation of the hosted, in relation to fetched smells in the apartment. make the apartment exchange immediately and ready, with sure with this simple procedure, i would go continuing to enjoy the attendance provided. Friends - 21/09/2017 « Horrible » I did a reservation months ago ( FGJSBGJG), today I arrived at the hotel to do my check in and they ask me for the credit card that i used to do my reservation! I explained that it was my mother's credit card and she had change her bank and account! I ask for the manager and she didn't help me, she sayed that was a hotel police and i should have seen this when i booked! Soo i had to call my parents and ask if they could send me more money to pay for the second time a room that was already booked and payed!I payed twice for the exactly same room, the manager didn't help with anything! I have never felt soo ashamed, everyone was watching and no employe helped me! How this can be a house police if I already stayed in anothers ibis/accour hotels around the world and no one ask for my reservation credit card?How can a hotel not help the client?? Only one solution and if it's not ok for you, you can leave! How can this happen????I'm completely disappointment with the hotel and the people who work here! Business - 31/05/2017 « Really bad maintance of the hotel » I understand that Ibis is a low budget hotel chain but things should of have been fixed on that unit. Lots of water leakage and the staff weren't very nice. The hotel was completely empty and even though the staff sent me to the fartest room, very close to all that water mess around the door and room. Not sure if I will ever come back to that Ibis.
