On top of this, I paid upfront in the All Accor app and at the checkout the counter said it was not paid and started blaming her colleague that did the checkin.
Very poor experience.

Couples - 6/8/2024 Confirmed reviews ALL We chose a room with an extra sofa bed and we were not disappointed.
It was located at the end of the hallway, with an extra door for privacy.
It added to the overall lack of noise.
The room is comfortable, with the air conditioning remote right by the bed.
The bathroom is small but cleverly designed.
Breakfast is too expensive for what’s offered so we had it elsewhere.

I waited for about 30 minutes an empty Elevator to leave the hotel.
You should take care of that.
