Bed wasn’t properly made. Sheets thrown over the mattress, dirty pillows (hair and stains). Air conditioning wasn’t working at all. I asked Angela and William for a solution to those topics. O lanche é servido no restaurante no período da madrugada, são várias vans saindo à noite. De forma alguma, esse lanche é reaproveitado para o café da manhã dos hóspedes, nós utilizamos a estrutura do restaurante montado para o café da manhã, apenas.Passamos por auditorias tanto internas como externas, possuímos alvará e somos auditados pela vigilância sanitária do município. The service was amazing, but we didn't like the dirty window at our room. We couldn't see the landscape cleary and we couldn't open the full window. The breakfeast was so good.
