Only bad experience with the clean of the room. Room was not as clean as i would expect. first day floor was dirty, and the furniture with some dust. i found in the refrigerator products already started (partially consumed).i reported this to the front desk, so cause no issues for me in my billing, but was not nice to find them there. That same day the credit card was charged for the total amount (more than US$ 1200), but the official invoice was not delivered until after the checkout, 6 weeks later. The room was facing the beach, but it hardly be seen, as the windows couldn't open and they were dirty by the salty air of the sea.Restaurant menu is very limited. Ended having dinner at the Windsor Marapendi hotel's restaurant, just crossing the street.I had to stay longer, but the room's price went from BRL 360 to more than BRL 1130 per night. just for being the Rock in Rio festival. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excelent, facing the beach, with shopping malls, supermarket, restaurants and bars very close by.The hotel has a very good structure, with restaurant, bar, gym, sauna and a wonderful swimming pool with sea view. It was once again comfortable and very satisfying.
